Madden 22 Ultimate Team Strategy Items Guide

Madden Ultimate Team will be undergoing some changes for Madden 22, and one of those changes is the addition of Strategy Items. It will aim to simplify the existing chemistry system, removing most chemistries from players and instead allowing you to build up the power of a fully chemistries team with these items.

You earn strategy items in Ultimate Team the same way you earn other cards. You can find them in packs, rewards, auction house, etc. At launch, you will get two spots on offense and two spots on defense to equip these strategy items, but the number of spots available to you will expand as the year goes on.

To equip a Strategy item for your team, go to the Lineup screen. Then, go to the new Strategy tab, and slot in an item to a space. If you want to change them out, you can also easily do it here.

Also, there are three different tiers you can get.

Common – The most common

Uncommon – A little less common

Rare – The best you can get

Common strategy items are relatively easy to get, uncommon is a little harder, and rare is just as it sounds. Rare strategy items give you the best attribute boosts, while common gives you much smaller boosts.
