Head to Lunar Isle for a visit, then use the pure essence

Hello everyone, I've just began playing RS for the first time and have a few questions about things I've observed. Capes with skill, everyone is sporting one now Why is that? There was hardly anyone who had them and now i'm getting a lot of them on players with RuneScape gold low levels. Not just the cheaper ones , but others like cooking/firemaking as well.

Combat levels are increasing, is it just me or is everyone significantly higher these days? It used to be very rare to see an individual player with a score between 110-126, now all I see is red:D Could this be due to the dungeoneering technique? In the past the game, one of my preferred ways to get cash quickly was to buy adamant bars from Avansies. Do you think this is still a good way to earn money? Are there other options?

Head to Lunar Isle for a visit, then use the pure essence on the altar until you are well-off, then sell runes to the Great Exchange, repeat. Once you've reached 82 Runecrafting you will be able craft two runes for each essence, which increases your profit by twofold. Astral Rune is required in Dream Mentor quest.

Crafting Law Rune is not available until having reached the level of runescape gold 2007 Runecrafting 52. You will have to complete your Troll Stronghold quest (required skill levels 15 Agility, 30, Thieving, 43 Prayer) to unlock the Law Talisman granting access to Law Altar.
